Delivery Options

The courier will text or email you on the morning of your delivery date to give you a one hour delivery window, this will prevent you from having to wait all day for your cake pops to arrive. They also have a number of in- flight options should you not be home for delivery. They normally delivery between 7.30am-7pm but this may vary during busy times of the year.

Delivery Instructions

Any delivery instructions supplied to us will be passed onto our courier. However, we cannot guarantee that these instructions will be carried out.

Missed Deliveries

Please be available to accept and sign for your delivery. If for any reason you are not home for delivery, the parcel will be returned back to the delivery depot and the courier will deliver the next working day. We do not have the option to contact the courier for missed deliveries and we cannot get the driver to return if you are not home for your delivery.

Damaged Parcels

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the items and packaging. We will review, and where appropriate arrange a replacement or partial refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5-7 working days.

Do you accept returns?

All our cake pops are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or refunds unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery or for lost parcels. Unfortunately, no courier will insure any parcels contain edible goods.
