Please select a delivery date once you have proceeded to check out. The majority of our deliveries are delivered on the date you have specified however very rarely they may take an extra day, so please allow extra time if you are ordering for a special event.
The courier will text or email you on the morning of your delivery date to give you a one hour delivery window, this will prevent you from having to wait all day for your cake pops to arrive. They also have a number of in- flight options should you not be home for delivery.
Any delivery instructions supplied to us will be passed onto our courier. However, we cannot guarantee that these instructions will be carried out.
If for any reason you are not home for delivery, the parcel will be returned back to the delivery depot and DPD will deliver the next working day. If you are not home for re-delivery you will need to contact DPD with your consignment number within 2 days to arrange re-delivery. If DPD are not contacted the parcel is destroyed or sent back to us after 7 days for us to destroy. No refund will be raised for these parcels.
Lost or Damaged Orders
We take every effort and precaution to bubble wrap and protect your cake pops and biscuits from damage. We cannot take responsibility for damages occurring during transit by Courier or for any damages occurring after you have collected your order from our premises.
We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery or for lost or damaged parcels.
