Damages

Every effort is made to protect your order during delivery.  Very rarely some cake pops may crack due to changes in temperature during transport.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to any party for any loss or for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with your Order.

Our total liability we may have in law shall be limited to the value of your Order.

Lost or delayed Orders

If a whole order is lost or damaged in transit with a courier, I cannot raise a refund, as all couriers do not insure  food products or perishable items and therefore I cannot make a claim.  We have used DPD since 2013 and have never had a lost parcel.

I cannot refund orders which arrive later than a particular date, we always use DPD to courier our parcels and always ensure they go out on time, we use a Next day service, whilst 98% of parcels are delivered the next day, occasionally delays may occur beyond their or my control.  To allow for any delivery issues if your cake pops are for a special event, please select a delivery date a day earlier than you require them.

Refunds

All our cake pops are made to order, as they are also a food product we are unable to issue a refund.

Variation on Product

All our cake pops are hand made and we are very proud of our attention to detail. However, there may be minor differences between each cake pop and a colour variance to the cake pops displayed on our web site.
